One of the biggest issues is teacher burn-out in the first five years of a new career. Learn how to establish routines, expectations, and ways to find those inspiring everyday moments. Learning how to teach students to have a growth mindset is helpful, but learning how to teach yourself to have a growth mindset will be invaluable. Participants will leave this session knowing the importance of understanding why a growth mindset in the classroom will make everything else so much easier.
